国税局多退了我六万多税怎么办？
今年在报完个人税几天后就收到了州里的退税，但联邦退款迟迟未到，正准时备去查询，却收到email告知，联邦退税已到帐上，只是有点不相信自己的眼睛，应该退几千块，帐上却多了6万8千多元，询问会计师说可以授权他们去查询。想了一下，还是等一等，看国税局会不会给我来信。十几天过去了，没收到任何信，给国税局打了三, 四次电话想问个究竟，但从没跟人说上话，只好委托会计师去查。十几天后会计师回话，说国税局犯了错误，把别人的税退给了你，需要你立刻将多出的税退回国税局，否则后果自负。于是我立刻开了张6万多的支票附上会计师的信寄给了国税局。寄完支票后，觉得这种罕见之事，怎么会赶上我，浪费了我不少时间和精力来处理。
出于好奇，在网上查了一下，这种由于国税局犯错多退税情况并不罕见，如果不及时处理或退回去的话，会有麻烦。首先，没有及时退回的话，国税局会要你退还本金，还可能要加上利息。有更厉害的情况，这里给你介绍三例。
前些年，加州一男子收到了11万错误的退税，那男子就用那11万付了自己的贷款和别的负债。国税局后来追不回那11万，立即请求警察逮捕了那男子，并送进了监狱。
佛州另一男子2017年报个人税收入不到两万，应该退税两千多，国税局却退了98万到他銀行账号，银行看他一下进了这么多钱，不想惹麻烦，就要求他把账号关掉。他拿着这笔钱又去另一家投资银行开了新账号，并称钱是他父亲给的遗产。国税局发现错误退税后，立即封了他帐号，帐上还有近92万，另没收了他用这笔钱买的Lexus车。由于钱基本上追回来了，国税局只是罚款，并未起诉他，免了牢狱之灾。
还有一对夫妻，收到了一大笔国税局的错误退税，夫妻俩马上将款退回去了，国税局却拒收。两，三年后国税局找他们要本金，还有高昂的利息。夫妻俩不服、拒付利息，并跟国税局打了近两年的官司，虽然最后赢了，但打官司的压力，时间和金钱谁人知？难道犯错和乱搞一气的国税局官员不应当受到惩罚吗？

Love love love the gold one. It is heavy in weight and feels like real jewelry should. In photo it looks muted (as it should) but in person it’s has a nice shine. Not the cheap gold shine but just enough. Photo shows next to a real 18K ring and it’s just slightly more yellow. The original only has 1 circle clasp vs this one having 2, so i doubled it up. Also, the original has 9 small links in between the clovers, this has 7. My wrist is 16-17 so it is a little big but once stacked it should sit perfectly on the wrist.
Shipping was fast, less than 2 weeks to the East Coast. I just received so no review on the wear but I do plan to keep them on. Very pleased with this purchase!
